When you extract honey collected from a tree with a name such as this you’d expect nothing less than a bold, rich flavour and we have just that. Our fibrous Iron Bark honey kindles the soul with it’s daring flavour and is sure to be enjoyed by the whole family.

This gum is considered a force of nature with it’s strong bark protecting it from bushfires; it can grow between 40-50 metres in height. Commonly found in the bush lands of northern and southern New South Wales as well as areas of Queensland and Victoria. Our bees take a liking to this particular gum, working hard to produce an opulent and sweet variety.
