Buk Choy (Bunch)
A staple in Asian Cooking, Bok Choy can grow to around 30 cm tall with thick green leaves and white stalks. The texture of both leaves and stalks is crips, and the flavour is similar to spinach.
Available all year round. Peak season is Winter - Spring.
For optimum keeping, place buk choy in breathable plastic bags and store them in the dry crisp area of the refrigerator.
