Shiraz grown in the red granite soils of our Dark Horse Vineyard shows rose petal, violets, brambly fruit and a twist of pepper. This is enlivened by co-fermentation with 4% Viognier. Maturation in French oak puncheons adds spice and complexity to the rich and generous palate. Whilst made to be enjoyed young, this wine will cellar gracefully. Our vineyards are managed using Biodynamic principles for sustainability and to best express their unique terroirs.
