Marchioni’s pasta is manufactured using Australian hard wheat durum semolina grown in the wheat belt of northern New South Wales. With our high quality pasta we only source the best ingredients for our pasta fillings, lasagne sauces and garnishes. Using local suppliers with great Australian produce helps us maintain our artisans combination of flavor and texture.
