How to prepare:
- Preheat oven to 170°C
- Cook for 45-60 min or until internal temp reaches 74°C

To achieve a better crackle please remove from the bag, wash all excess cooking liquid off under hot water, rub with oil and salt and leave in the fridge for 12-24 hours, wipe dry before putting into the oven and re-season if you prefer.
