Fuji Apples are the sweetest variety of apple available. They are round with a crisp flesh and super sweet flavour which makes them the perfect eating apple. They have a dense texture which is generally a reddish blue over a yellow/green background. Some of the Fuji apples may have natural skin markings around the skin. Due to being high in natural sugars, they can also be juiced, baked, cooked or frozen.

For optimum keeping, it is recommended that you store apples in a dry cool area which is away from direct sunlight. Alternatively, they can be stored in the dry and crisp area of the refrigerator.
