Important Information

Once you receive the “Ready for pickup” notification, your order must be collected within 24 hours.

As we sell fresh and perishable food, we are unable to hold orders beyond this time due to food safety requirements and product expiry dates.

Special Pickup Requests

If you require your order for a specific day, or would like to arrange an after-hours pickup, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

As a small business, we are flexible and always try to assist our customers whenever possible. We simply ask that you get in touch with us in advance so we can organise this with our team.
