This delicately flavoured leaf vegetable is the most common Asian green in Australia. Also known as Pak Choy, it has tender pale green spoon shaped stems and soft green leaves. The flavour is mildly sweet, peppery with a firm texture.
Available all year round. Peak season is Winter - Spring.
For optimum keeping, place baby buk choy in breathable plastic bags and store them in the dry crisp area of the refrigerator.
