Native to India, these leaves are used in many Indian dishes due to its strong flavours and smells.
Available all year round.
For optimum keeping, it is recommended that you remove curry leaves from their stems. Wash them and dab them well with a damp kitchen towel. Spread them out on a large plate and place them in sunlight for 2-3 days. Once they have dried out and have a crisp texture, place them in a container.
