A member of the parsley family, dill is an aromatic herb with feathery green leaves and a strong smell. It is a well known herb that is mostly enjoyed in many European dishes.

For optimum keeping, place the stems of dill in a jar that is half filled with water. Place them in the dry crisp area of the refrigerator. Alternatively, you can wrap dill in a damp cloth.
