Huon Salmon are raised in the cool waters of Tasmania. They are harvested daily and shipped to us 3 days per week to ensure a top quality and fresh product. Ethical and Sustainable practices are implemented to ensure that the fish are farmed responsibly in Tasmanian waters to give you the assurance that you are purchasing salmon from farms that manage their environment and social impact.

Huon Salmon is Australia's only RSPCA approved salmon. 

Prepared fresh by our seafood team and frozen at our facility in Canberra.
