Native to East Asia, King Brown mushrooms are medium to large in size. They grow in bunches with slender stems and rounded button caps. The ivory cream coloured stems are slender, averaging 5-7 centimetres in length.

Health Benefits - Low in cholesterol, can aid in weight loss and manage diabetes. They can also aid in anti-inflammatory.  

Flavour - These mushrooms are chewy and provide a herbal and nutty flavour.
