Another favourite amongst pear lovers, Josephine pears are mainly grown in the Goulburn Valley. They are a very sweet medium sized pear and can be distinguished by its light green skin and oblong shape.

Available May - October.

For optimum keeping, store unripe pears at room temperature away from sunlight. Once ripened, store pears in the dry crisp area of the refrigerator.
