Nashi is the Japanese word for pear. This breed of pair combines the crispiness of an apple with the juiciness and flavour of a pear. They have a light greenish yellow skin with a white flesh.

Flavour - A crisp bite like an apple and the flavour of a sweet pear. It is really juicy. 

Availability - Available March - November

Storage - Store unripe pears at room temperature away from sunlight. Once ripened, store pears in the dry crisp area of the refrigerator.
