Sweet and beets what a treat. While Proper Crisp's latest veg creation has a nifty ring to it, sounding cool isn't the reason they have paired these together. They are a moreish mix of seasonal NZ kumara and beetroot. Finished with just a light sprinkle of Marlborough sea salt - like yin and yang in a packet!
