Owner Salvatore (Sal), grew up in a small town in southern Italy, migrating to Australia in the mid-80s. Sal brought with him his passion for traditional authentic Italian food and in 2016, established Sal's Pastificio (formerly Nonna Maria’s Pasta) with his wife and three children.
